Lord, Tell Me What To Do

Lord, I am so lost, would you please help me
get through this confusion that has me bound;
Filling my heart with evil discontent
And making my mind want to fully submit;
To that which is an abomination to you
Oh Lord, please tell me what to do.
I'm so ashamed of the things I've done
And I ask Thee to mercifully forgive and forget;
For I know that you can clearly see
All my sins, whatever they may be;
Take my hand, for I'm humbly asking you
Oh Lord, please tell me what to do.
Just like you led Moses and forgave David
Please do the same for me, your child also;
I need doubt erased from my being
And replaced with a strong sense of believing;
Your love for me is real and true
Oh Lord, please tell what to do.
Thank you Lord, for all that you've done
And I praise your Holy Name;
Strengthen me as I go through this plight
And give me another chance to make things right;
I claim the victory as I turn this over to you
Oh Lord, as you tell me what to do.
