I CRIED MYSELF TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because the person who was willing to hold me,
Wasn't you!!!

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because my body yearns and aches to be made love to by you,

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because the person who was willing to make love to me,
Wasn't you!!!

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because it seem so unfair to remain faithful to a unfaithful man,

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because I cannot comprehend God's perfect plan for our life,
As husband and wife!

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because I am commissioned by God to remain loyal and dedicated to our
sacred vows,
But at times I find it hard to be submissive to you,
Because deep within my heart and soul,
My desire is to be love "Here & Now"!!!

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because another man desires to take your place,

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because although my flesh was burning,
I had to unselfishly turn him away!

I cried myself to sleep last night
Because the man who wanted to make love to me,
His face was not your face!!!
