Tell God, I am his loyal servant to stay.
I've endured all trails, no matter how many.
Tell God, I've walked, hard times plenty.
My Celestial angels, I need you here today.
My Celestial angels, don't turn away.
Tell God, I've endured so much evil strife,
His angles' crying eyes, now bleed red tears
Upon dry, unrelenting, unrepentant Earthly years.
My Celestial angels, I need you here today.
Tell God, I don't understand his Heavenly wisdom, nor plan.
And I'm tired of hearing, "Things happen for a reason!"
Tell God, I am just a simple Earthbound man ...
Trying to stand upon man's faith-drained, dying, sinful seasons.
Tell God, don't leave me here this way ...
Tell God, I am here on Earth, awaiting salvation's miracles.
My Celestial angels, tell God, I need him here today.
