No more darkness

Ujamaa Christian Poetry

I've worked so hard, trying to be accepted,
in a world in which I was rejected.

I looked for love in all the wrong places,
and hid the true me behind phoney faces.

Thanks be to God, for I will no longer be in darkness,
nor wear a face of silences.

FOR HIS LIGHT WILL FOREVER SHINE!

God took me out of that pit of hell,
and helped me to excell.

He delivered me from all mine iniquities,
and revealed to me all my ablilities.

Thanks be to God, for I eill no longer be in darkness,
nor wear a face of silence.

FOR HIS LIGHT WILL FOREVER SHINE!

Jesus said;
"I am come a light into the world,
that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness."
